Investing in extra guidance and training for drivers

If a candidate does not yet fully meet the vacancy requirements, we will see whether additional guidance or training can close the gap. For example, we let drivers with less experience first drive with the client for a few days. The costs are divided equally between Flex-in, the candidate driver and the client.
